Turkey and Spinach Mix

1 turkey breast, skinless, boneless and cubed  
1 tablespoon olive oil  
1 yellow onion, chopped  
1 pound baby spinach  
1 tablespoon sweet paprika  
¾ cup chicken stock
2 tablespoons tomato sauce  
1 teaspoon lime juice  
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped  

1- Set the Foodi on Sauté mode, add the oil, heat it up, add the onion and the meat and brown for 5 minutes.  
2- Add paprika and the rest of the ingredients except the spinach and the cilantro, put the pressure lid on and cook on High for 25 minutes.  
3- Release the pressure naturally for 10 minutes, set the Foodi on Sauté mode again, add the spinach and the cilantro, cook everything for 5 minutes more, divide into bowls and serve for lunch.
