Beef Stew

2 pounds pork stew meat, cubed  
1 tablespoon olive oil  
1 yellow onion, chopped  
2 garlic cloves, minced  
1 cup celery, cubed  
1 cup tomato sauce  
2 carrots, sliced
Salt and black pepper to the taste  
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped  

1- Set the Foodi on Sauté mode, add the oil, heat it up, add the meat and brown for 5 minutes.  
2- Add the onion and the garlic and brown for 2 minutes more.  
3- Add the rest of the ingredients except the cilantro, put the pressure lid on and cook on High for 25 minutes.  
4- Release the pressure naturally for 10 minutes, divide the stew into bowls and serve for lunch.
