Thyme Hash Browns

1 pound hash browns  
1 tablespoon avocado oil  
1 tablespoon thyme, chopped  
4 eggs, whisked  
Salt and black pepper to the taste  
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped  

1- Set the Foodi on Sauté mode, add the oil, heat it up, add the hash browns, stir and brown for 5 minutes.  
2- Add the rest of the ingredients except the cilantro, toss a bit, set the machine on Air Crisp, and cook the mix at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.  
3- Divide the casserole between plates and serve with the cilantro sprinkled on top.
