Mozzarella Turkey Casserole

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes
Servings: 4

1 big turkey breast, skinless, boneless and cubed  
1 yellow onion, chopped  
4 eggs, whisked  
1 tablespoon olive oil  
Salt and black pepper to the taste  
4 tablespoons mozzarella, shredded

1- Set the Foodi on Sauté mode, add the oil, heat it up, add the turkey meat and brown for 5 minutes.  
2- Add the onion and sauté for 4 minutes more.  
3- Add the eggs, salt and pepper and toss a bit.  
4- Sprinkle the mozzarella on top, set the machine on Air Crisp and cook at 370 degrees F for 15 minutes.  
5- Divide the mix between plates and serve.
