Cheddar Eggs

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes

1 tablespoon olive oil  
1 red onion, chopped  
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded  
8 eggs, whisked  
A pinch of salt and black pepper  
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped  

1- Set the Foodi on Sauté mode, add the oil, heat it up, add the onion and sauté for 5 minutes.  
2- In a bowl, mix the eggs with the cheese, salt, pepper and the cilantro and whisk well.  
3- Pour this into the Foodi, set the machine on Air Crisp and cook at 370 degrees F for 20 minutes.  
4- Divide the mix between plates and serve for breakfast.
